G’day all long time lurker then joined 2yrs ago and lurked some more and now thought I’d say hello. Not a newbie and some might have seen me before in other places 5 copper plates, glass and stainless flute with 500mm packed section to use when needed. Bourbon is my main drink of choice but I like making any fruit schnaps(or palinka) when in season. Mezcal is my next project to try as soon as time permits.
I'm glad you finally posted and survived the recent housecleaning of "dead" accounts.
I maintain there is a benefit to membership interaction and being active on the forum.
You may have all your ducks in a row already, but it sure is nice to have this forum as a
resource when you do have a question or comment.
welcome aboard some of us are ornery old coots but if you do a lot of
reading and don't ask stupid questions you'll be alright most are

Posting pics is same as on CCSC only you need to make sure they are no more than 800 pixels in either Horizontal or vertical .
Best to open your pic in photoshop and resize it for max 800 then resave it before posting .... yeah its a PITA but it 's pretty standard on most forums

Unlike the place we mostly hang around you can upload ANY size there without even resizing.
