Hey there distillers,
Great source of learning we have here. Very new to this and have just done my first batch. Although I am wanting to put down a few batches and wait for the natural ageing process I have done a few bottles using the Nuclear method. Will try tonight and see if it really works..
Anyway hope to learn heaps from those that know more and along the way maybe I will be able to add my own style and help a few of you. Pretty lucky to live in NZ where this is completely legal as it is an interesting hobby- With benefits
