Hello! I'm new to the forum. Really interesting information here. I'm interested in understanding the process and learning what it's all about. I'm a Mech E by training and hoping to get some pointers on control systems design.
Cheers!

Hey Jeff. I'm astounded daily by the information presented here at Home Distiller, and I've been reading this site for about a year.
All the answers are scattered about and free for the plucking. And if you search for yourself first, you'll find the geniuses here
are more apt to help you if you should get stuck.

Welcome aboard, Jeff! The generosity of the vets here with their knowledge and experience is really a godsend to those of us just beginning the hobby. Don't be afraid to question the mechanical side of things and how processes might be improved, especially on the thermal side.
