New guy
Hey everyone. Thanks for having me. I've worked the last 7 years in a brewery, but I no longer am, and have been getting more and more into distilling and building distilling equipment lately. So far I've mostly been making stuff with molasses and sugar. I've made a few different rums obviously, but have also distilled it to a neutral, and made a vodka and a gin. I'm about to jump into using grains, as it relates to my brewing background better, but molasses has been a super simple way to get started.

Thanks @fizzix I will post a pic of the still, but it is stored away at the moment. Can't believe I don't have one in my phone. Till then here's the bluedog himself.
