I am just here to introduce myself, I am English but have lived in France for 13 years. I mostly make Scotch from peated or smoked malt. I have however made apple cider brandy, I also like aging with different woods. I am gaining lots of knowledge reading the various posts and have used the calculations a number of times.

Welcome, this isn't the thread but would be interested in your apple brandy recipe to compare with the one I use.

Welcome !
I'm from France but moved over 10 years ago to another continent.
