Hi all,
Newbie to distilling here from Montana. I have whiskey still company still that I've run twice. First run was crap, but the second run was awesome. Put some charred oak in the product using information from this site, and I have some pretty darn decent sipping whiskey!

From the Deep South to my second (maybe first) favorite state in the country! Spent a week last year based in Big Sky, this year near Emigrant.
I check the weather report from there every day during the summer and get depressed.
Willies in Ennis is a destination for us, even though they changed their mash bill.
What part of the state are you in and what recipe are you running?
