Newbie from Sunny Florida

Post by AKACully »

I retired from the military back in 1992 and finally hung my work hats for the last time in January of 2018. I have done beer in the past but just don't drink enough beer anymore. That being said, I've decided to try my hand at distilling. Thanks to my wife, I have a shiny new Pioneer Copperworks 7-gallon still coming. She was pretty adamant that she really wanted a copper still. I can't wait to apply the great information I have gleaned here and from the excellent videos produced by George of Barly and Hops Brewing. There is such a plethora of great information out there to be had. Thanks for allowing me to pick your brains.
