Hello there!
Hi, my name's Daniel Baker. I'm from Missouri and have been reading through the forums and the parent site for some time. I built a pot still from a 15.5 gallon keg and have run several generations of UJSSM through it with great results. Several years ago, before I had kids, I used to brew my own beer. Now my kids are old enough to where I can spend some time distilling, so that is what I'm doing now.

Re: Hello there!
Great place to start your distilling career: with a brewing background and the keg-size boiler you don't have to upgrade to.
Welcome!
