First Post First timer on here
Hello. I am just trying to research. Havent even built anything yet. I have read a couple of what seems to be pretty interesting books on the subject. Joy of Home Distilling, Home Distillers Workbook, Joy of moonshine, and would probably read anything I can get my hands on and had the time to sit and soak it in. But that is sort of how my brain works I guess. From what I have heard and seen that is kind of the right approach to this anyway and patience is not an easy lesson to learn.

Welcome to HD. Since you like books I would recommend you read “The Complete Distiller”. Great for anyone who I see planning to build their first Still. It gives a great overview of various Still types and the science going on inside them.
