Welcome! Can you tell us a bit more about yourself
What do you like to drink?
Do you have a still, are you planning on buying a still or building one?
Have any other interesting hobbies/interests?
Etc.

Re: Howdy from oz
Hey all, thanks for the hearty welcome.
I'm running a turbo 500 and grainfather pot still, ATM
Experimenting with single malts, corn whisky and rum, all natural, no essences here!
But I've got a copper Appalachian still and thumper project in process that I'm hoping will be finished by summer so I can take advantage of tassies apples.
I'm only in my distilling infancy but I learn fast and this forum has a wealth of information.
Cheers
