I'm a novice at this, just one brew under my belt, but it's a decent one. I used the "Cornflakes Yellow Dog" recepie, and got really good results.
I've been a lurker on the board for a while. Using it for information on recipes and cuts and such. I thought I should probably register and actually ask some questions, though.
My equipment is, for fermentation, a standard 5 gallon home beer Brewer setup, and for the distiller I've got a cheap stainless Chinese pot still off of Amazon. I just received a 1/2 gallon mason jar thumper setup, and am anxious to try it out.
