I'm new to this hobby. I've started making some gins with differing ingredients including tonka bean. I have made limoncello and also infused some of my vodkas. Mainly using sugar washes, but am really keen to try and broaden to more intruiging spirits and I am really hoping to start working towards single malt whiskey.
