Hey folks names DJ I’m just getting into making liquor. Mostly interested in bourbon and scotch whiskeys. I like making pies and stuff but am mostly interested in learning bourbons and scotches would love some tips and forum links and recipes any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome, I would start once you have done the required reading to help get started then go to the tried and true recipe section to pick a recipe to start with. It is always good to come out5 of the starting gate with a success story.
