I there, I'm just starting out in AU with a lovely 2" copper reflux still and 20L copper boiler made locally.
Starting with turbo washes to make neutral spirit, which I 'age' with wood chips and add bourbon flavouring, as well as vodka and home sanitiser/cleaning alcohol/air freshener/insect repellent.
There is a massive amount of fresh tomato goes to waste around here and I would love to ferment it! So I will be trying the Birdwatcher's recipe soon and then hope to find a good recipe for real tomato...
Also would like to experiment with native plants for botanical infusion and native grasses for fermentation...

welcome in DD
note sure grass would ferment too well, but who knows it may clean up the turbo flavours?

Welcome in DD. I don't think the birdwatcher recipe will use up much of those tomatoes, but hey, give it a shot!
