Hello!

Post by C38368 »

Yet another year-end addition to the hobby; my better half saw fit to buy me a still for Christmas, soooo, here we are! Been brewing beer for about a decade now, and have recently branched out into meads. Guess I'm going to have to add rums and malt whisky to that list.

Only have about a million questions so far!

Thank you! And yeah, only a million. Really, though, most of the ones that I haven't already sorted seem to arise from differences in culture and squaring the "way it's done" in homebrewing, versus the same in distilling :)

Hello and welcome. You have arrived at the place with good answers and reliable information. The more answers you find, the more questions you'll have. But it's a great hobby. Have fun.
