Yet another year-end addition to the hobby; my better half saw fit to buy me a still for Christmas, soooo, here we are! Been brewing beer for about a decade now, and have recently branched out into meads. Guess I'm going to have to add rums and malt whisky to that list.

Thank you! And yeah, only a million. Really, though, most of the ones that I haven't already sorted seem to arise from differences in culture and squaring the "way it's done" in homebrewing, versus the same in distilling

Simple Lil' Pot Still, no temp guage, no carbon, no scrubbers, nuthin' fancy. Sometimes use a thumper, sometimes don't.
