Simple Lil' Pot Still, no temp guage, no carbon, no scrubbers, nuthin' fancy. Sometimes use a thumper, sometimes don't.

Welcome from a fellow farmer. Nothing exotic like pineapple, Just corn, soybeans and wheat. Be safe and have a ball running a still.

Thank you for the welcome gestures! Please forgive me for not knowing all the correct terminology...yet.Yes Shadylane, there's some stuff to ferment and distill...if I can get it right. Am I on the correct page of HD to post my questions or is there anothe page? TIA

Welcome aboard.
After living in Hawaii for a year and a half. I got really spoiled on good pineapples. If I was living somewhere that had fresh Ripe pineapples I would so be trying to make pineapple brandy. LoL

Welcome. Pineapple melomel is a favorite. Please share as you work out how to make good pineapple brandy.
