I'm Willem2, not entirely new to distilling and trying to learn to make a better product. Like to drink a nice brandy, whisky and a great rum, although I'm interested in neutral also.
Owning 2 copper potstills, 3ltr and 15 ltr, and 2 SS stills, 10ltr and 40ltr, the hardware shouldn't be a problem. Just recently I bought parts for a 2" column, but I'm still waiting on a few parts to be delivered. Hoping to learn from you people and drink fabulous drinks for a long time! Cheers!

Simple Lil' Pot Still, no temp guage, no carbon, no scrubbers, nuthin' fancy. Sometimes use a thumper, sometimes don't.

Welcome to the forum.
It sounds like you are well on your way to having the gear to make a pretty decent drop
Cheers
