Hi everyone, I started my distilling journey a few months back to fill my weekends while I stay home during ongoing pandemic lockdowns. I'm a few batches of simple corn whiskey in, and likely would've got nowhere without lurking these forums to a dangerous degree. So, first of all, thank you ALL for the amazing knowledge constantly and generously shared here!!!!!!!!! I have learned so much, and I figured it's about time to make an account of my own. Nothing too special to say here, other than I'm happy to be a part of the community!
My current setup is a 5 gallon tamale cook pot with some copper coil running through a 5 gallon bucket... Not much but it's honest. Hopefully bigger and better things to come. Cheers!
