Hi All,
I am a retired Engineering Manager having worked mostly in the wine Industry and for a while operated the only true French built Alambic Charentais Cognac still in Australia.
We have made our home in Richmond, Tasmania and look forward to sharing our efforts in producing small batch fruit & grain based spirits.

Cheers for Now

Simple Lil' Pot Still, no temp guage, no carbon, no scrubbers, nuthin' fancy. Sometimes use a thumper, sometimes don't.
