One sugar wash run under my belt went very well but want to advance in the hobby.
Starting out with a brewers edge mash and boil with pump and copper pot still lid. Struggling a little with temp control.

Simple Lil' Pot Still, no temp guage, no carbon, no scrubbers, nuthin' fancy. Sometimes use a thumper, sometimes don't.
