Canadian

Post by Swirly »

Good afternoon everyone.

Wine maker, brewer, distiller, millwright, biologist, wine judge, teacher, artist and most importantly. Dad.

Looking to learn more, as always. Hopefully share a little of what I know also.

Welcome Swirly!

Depending upon where you hail from, I may be north of you but most probably just a wee bit south. Your experience is going to be quite helpful, and I see that you may have some distilling under your belt too. Awesome. Lots of good knowledge here, and always looking for more enthusiasts too.

Don't be a stranger! Best, Drifter

Sw Ontario actually. And yes, I do have some distillation experience, alright admittedly- it's been a while.

Currently im just re-working my Farctionating column for an upcoming run and designing a new pot still setup. Looking at forming copper with my compressor and air hammers then welding with double pulse mig for a super clean seal.

time seems to be the limiting factor. Other projects and work are in the way.

Thanks for the warm welcome.
