From Wine to Gin

Post by MrMedusaMan »

I started making wine in 2014 and after pressing the skins I started by rehydrating the skins with 110 liters of water and 30Kg of sugar and got a 14% wash out of it. I borrowed a reflux still from a mate and produced some 96% alcohol. This gave me the base for many a experiments on liqueurs. I have since made a few decent reflux and pot stills and started the journey on Gin making. Still refining the art. I have been a follower of Odin and hope to see you there.
