I’ve been home brewing beer for a few years and taking the steps to convert my electric brew setup to work with a distilling column. Ultimately I would love to age spirits in a barrel and then age my beer on the same barrel! Interested in bourbon, whisk(e)y and scotch

Have you started distilling yet and did you ditch the PID.
