Thanks for having me! I've been lurking on this site for years -- it's my go-to for learning about the hobby. Y'all have a serious archive of wonders in here. Not sure why I never signed up, but here we are!
I've made about 50 runs on my Brewhaus CM still (I call it "the Maytag" from an old Mad Magazine comic: "the Maytag's a workin' still!"). Coming to this hobby from home brewing, I've mostly focused on apple brandy and all-grain mashes (and a few runs with beer experiments that just didn't work out) -- I've never done a sugar wash like UJSSM, but I've been enjoying my experiments with rum!
I feel like I'm starting to reach the limits of my trusty old Maytag, and am starting to look in earnest into some kind of modular setup.
Howdy fellas!
