When to use dunder

Post by lakhs koukouvhs »

Hello,

So affter distilling my rum mash, consisted only of molasses-sugar-water-yesat(since i had never made rum again), i gathered dunder. I am planning to add this dunder to a next mash. The temperature in my region is about 20-25 C (66-78 F). So the question is, how long do i have to wait before adding this dunder to my mash.

Thanks in advance.
