Hello everyone I'm new to distilling spirits. I bought a Chinese set to start and have made 2 runs so far. First run was not good with 1 quart of 80 proof was my best. My second run was little better with approximately 3/4 gallon ranging from 140 proof to 95 in pint jars. My runs are very long, as much as 12 hours and I have to figure out how to shorten them. I hope to learn a lot here.
