Howzit

Another newbie from South Africa. I see there are many.

Randomly browsed Forum posts for around a year now, 2 Birdwatcher's washes under my belt. Turned out pretty tasty.

Currently using a friends copper still, decided to take it to the next level and build my own.

Thought it would be rude not to join and at least say thank you to all those who have contributed towards making sense of distilling for new comers. There's a lot of awesome information on the Forum.

Been brewing beer for 5 years.... looking forward to experimenting with spirits

Welcome, I have been interested in some of the local recipes that have been posted by other members from SA.
