Introduction

I am new to this forum. I started distilling in January with an 8 gallon stainless milk can still, primarily interested in Rum making. Previously, I was making some wine and beer from kits and decided to try my hand at distillation. So far I have made multiple batches of white and aged rums, as well as Brandy, Vodka, Gin, Single Malt Whiskey, Bourbon, Rye Whiskey and a few different liqueurs like limoncello and Schnapps. I enjoy this hobby immensely and hope to learn more from this site,

You started in Jan and you have already made all of those different drink? Wow - do you even sleep? Impressive, I am sure you will have a lot to share.
