I’m new to distilling. I recently ran my first run, an apple brandy. I didn’t do much of any reading before hand, had a semi experienced friend help me. After reading some threads here boy did we miss a lot of steps. I’m very excited to jump into this the right way. I’m really interested in making fruit wines and distilling them. Not too much interested in making corn mash or any of that quick satisfaction.
