First Hello

Post by DragonSouth »

Totally new to distilling but I'm a super nerd so here we go.

Recently completed my Masters Degree and now I'm bored.

I've been reading the forums for a few weeks and decided it's time to take the plunge.

My goal is to create a rum that is comparable to some of the Caribbean style rums I had while traveling in Central America. I know, high expectations, but if you don't shoot for the starts... or something like that.

Welcome, DS!

Not sure how many members here have earned their Masters, but there's plenty of distilling nerds among us.

Enjoy the company.
