I started this new hobby this year as well as brewing.

I have a 8 gallons dual purpose still from mile hi.

I am looking at making gin and rhum. I read a lot on this forums and like all the information that it contains.

Welcome, I got a chance to visit Quebec City just before the pandamic, spend a couple days then jump on a cruise ship to New York, with stops on the way. Now I am waiting for the borders to open so I can visit the Gulf Islands of Canada. Enjoy your time here it’s a great place to attain information.
