Hello Distillers

Post by Copper_Alembic »

Hello,
I am a esthusiast from Spain. I have a couple of traditional portuguese copper alembics:
- 150l hidraulic copper alembic
- 10l copper alembic

I am willing to experiment with Whisky, Gin, Eau de Vie, Grappa, ...

Hope I can give some valuable knowledge to this forum

Best.

Welcome to HD forum .
Traditional or not 150l is bigger than we accept here for home distilling unless you are a commercial distiller with a license number .
Check out the rules at the bottom .
30 US gallons is close to 113 litres .

Happy to hear about what you make in the 10 litre still though

Thanks for your answer.
I am based in Spain, and distilling for personal use only is permitted.
I will post recipes and questions in those quantities.

Best.
