Welcome! There’s definitely a lot to learn, but the moderators have done a great job of organizing it for us. And folks here are usually pretty quick to offer advice about any new questions that come up.

Good on ya. It's always a good idea to do your homework before building or buying anything for distillation. If you haven't already, you might want to take a look at what other members are running before you decide on a rig to make what you like to drink.
