I'm Goat from the Bluegrass. Novice at best running a 15 gal pot with thumper. Completely self taught so far. Have finally dialed my rig in, now just trying to get some recipes figured out. STAY SHINY!

Whiskey is my preferred poison. Ive tried cracked corn/sugar batches with turbo 48. Also tried just sugar and turbo 48 ( mostly to figure out my equipment) Im looking for a recipe i can stay consistent with til I'm more confident in my abilities.

Well, you've come to the right place. Check out the Tried and True recipes section. Read read and read some more, you'll see there are great spirits waiting for you beyond the Turbo yeast.
Have fun, and stay safe.

Welcome goat.
Suggest you start off with UJSSM until you get to grips with the whole distilling / fermenting / mashing thing.
Its an easy to make tasty sugar head, Best to ditch the Turdbo yeast and use plain old Bakers yeast.
