I received a still for Christmas a couple years ago. Beginners still, off of Amazon. I’ve tried it a couple times and have not been very successful. I read the Home distillers workbook and still have lots to learn as from my past experiences.
A quick funny, my first batch of mash was in a 7 gallon bucket with a drain. It was cold out so I had inside on the floor. My neato, a vacuum robot, decided to drive by and open my valve. I did up with mash all across my kitchen. Or the liquid from the mash I should say. Needless to say he Musta got really drunk because he has never worked the same sense.
