I am excited to start the journey of distilling at home.
I have been all grain brewing for over for a good while now and have been working casually in local vineyards and wineries for 10 years or so now. It will also help that I can use some of the equipment I already have.
In particular I am interested in yeast and their derived characters in beers and wine. I haven't as yet looked at how yeasts affect the washes and their subsequent influences on the finished products. I think I'm in the right place to learn.
I've got a lot of reading to do.
