Welcome Nik, what type of spirit do you intend to make?

Thanks Rum Angel. Apple brandy is highest on my list. I was on website looking to buy an apple press with a view to making cider and ended up buying a small electric still instead 😂
It's a beautiful thing with both pot and column attachments.
In study mode at present and likely to use flavourings for my first wash. From reading so far there are endless possibilities with flavour combinations.. It feels a lot like being back at school at the moment with so much to learn and perfect.
