Kiwi newbie

Post by ELF179 »

Hi all,
My name is Brian from Taupo NZ. I have been distilling for a while now but had no idea what distilling was really about until I came across this amazing forum. Many "happy hours" to come.

cheers

Gin and Rum are household favorites so I am keen to improve both. Liqueurs are something that I have tried but only from store-bought flavourings so to make from scratch will be my aim.
