Hey folks I'm new here,I haven't done any still stuff for a waile now,but I was always someone with an interest in the old ways,,I started off playing ' with getting essential oil years ago, then I started on wine making then turned to malassius brews to make me some bootlegged rum,,,,good stuff it was.even had a go at crushing my own sugarcane juice to make some rum agricole..but I stopped doimg any still stuff a few years ago,not shore why,kept making wine thou,,but the last months in isolation it started to come to mind and rather then just trying to wing it how I think it could be done I thought I'd throw some questions out to the community to see a couple of opinions,,,I'm looking forward to some inspiration,,, cheers
