Hello everyone! Just started distilling this summer and I have to admit I'm hooked at the moment only run a 5 gallon stainless set up Iv pretty much just been doing ujssm recipes and currently running off a 3rd gen of a recipe I really like!! Started doing this bc of this covid bs happy I found it!!! Anyways this my welcome post

Welcome ! That's a good recipe to start on. Have you put any on oak yet ? Glad you are enjoying the hobby
