Hello Everyone!

Post by galaxywolves »

Hello!

I'm from Australia and my friend and I have big dreams about creating a business centered around Gin.

First things first though I have to learn how to create it and I have no idea what I'm doing.

I have some good starting equipment and have just tried my first run but now I have more questions than answers.

Thank you to everyone on this forum and the free exchange of information and knowledge.

Cheers.

In the paper today, a non-alcoholic gin has been withdrawn by the makers.

Seems it is or could be infected (by bacteria? anyway something bad.)

Dream away Galaxy, Ive seen more than one Newb who has joined a forum and had that dream come true, it will be a huge learning curve and require a lot of time and effort IMO. Good luck with it.
I can think of at least 2 in Tasmania who started that way ...and more than a few on the Mainland.
