New to the site and distilling

HI All
I'm new to the forum and just started distilling about 3 months ago. I've been brewing beer for 27 years and part of that was professionally. I'm in the South Florida area and am currently using my Brewers Edge Mash & Boil to make my washes and just got in a new 8 gallon Milk Can from North Georgia Stills. Looking forward to learning and helping where I can. Cheers!!
