Hello from Auckland nz

Post by Transported »

Hello from Auckland my interest in distilling you could say came out of a keen interest in consumption of the end product but moreover with the gift last year of a T500 from her indoors which I took up and ran with first with the turbo kits that it came with then tpw washes and moving along to teddy sadds great wheat vodka recipe all of which were great for vodka or converting into gin for her indoors however I'm more of a dark spirit kinda guy rum whiskey and the like so next came some very acceptable ujssm and last weekend my fish all grain single malt wash courtesy of jimbo on this very site so many thanks jimbo . I also purchased a 4 plate 3inch colom still with a 50lts boiler from China which seems to perform remarkable well for the money and accessories that it came with so now my distilling days seem to go on the lines of while the still is running I read through the mine of information and advice on this forum for which I can't thank all of the contributors enough keep up the great work

Welcome Glad you like the recipe
