G’day all on the forum!
Long time lurker and I thought it was about time I joined!
Have a Digiboil 35l with full 2”stainless column and also an Alcoengine Alembic top. Been making Gin and Bourbon for a year or so now, and finally moving away from StillSpirits pre-mix. Currently just distilling Wino’s plain sugar wash which has given me a pretty steep learning curve!
Look forward to learning more and sharing tips as well!

G’day mate
Fellow Aussie from Gippsland Victoria here.
From one newbie to another, welcome. I’m doing the same, moving away from the flavourings and dipping my toes into rums and bourbons eventually. Wealth of information here.
