Hi Canada Eh?

Post by fleagalbaum »

Me and a few buds have somehow come into "owning" a Beer keg pot still. I have added a PID and we use manual mode after the still gets up to temp. We have about 10 runs under our belt Our first mash of corn and rye turned out great. we have made rum, peach and plum shine. so much fun. We are looking to learn and hopefully one day be skilled enough to mentor.

Thanks in Advance for all your input.

Welcome from a member just south of your border on the west coast. Have you found or tried any recipes from the Tried & True recipe section.

Eh Canada!

I'm south of the border, but north of some of your fellow citizens. As I like to say, we're closer to you all than to some of our countrymen in the deep south. Welcome, and congrats on your new acquisition. Stay warm and stay safe!
