Welcome to HD. Stay out of the wind up there.
Give us a bit about what you want to make and the equipment you have or are thinking of.

Re: Hello!
Thanks, I currently have a 50L beer keg setup (electric) with both a pot and reflux column (2" plates, going to try some marbles next). I have made 7 or 8 runs so far, trying different recipes (mostly sugar washes and ujssm). Going to try some all grains this winter once the deep cold sets in. So far my favourite is a simple brown sugar wash. I havent found a great white sugar wash yet for neutrals but its on the list (tffv was ok and any other plain sugar washes i found i had to carbon filter to get rid of certain smells/flavours.....the wife is picky .
Looking to get some recipe ideas possible refinements of technique/equipment.

Fixed!
My long term goal is to make some good slivovitz. I have planted 12 plum trees (and many other fruits) over the last few years, just waiting for them to produce.
When i was in slovakia (my ancestors homeland) i had some of the best tasting plum liquor and i hope to reproduce something like that eventually.
