I'm from europe, was reading already some months here, thank you very much for all what i was able to learn from this very good forum.
Did some tried + true recipes and some fruit stuff with good to great results.
Still have to learn a lot of course.
The next step is to try all grain mashing, i'm already working on it, questions will follow ... soon

I bought some fresh apple juice directly from the producer, for a reasonable price, and that gave me a very good spirit with lots of apple taste in it, i love it very much.
Startet also some plums, took about a month to finish fermentation in my cold basement, but now i stripped it, and is waiting for spirit run, maybe this weekend. Smells aready very promising.
