Hi everyone, I'm new here but been playing at this in my spare time for a couple years.
So not much, as spare time is rare.
I grow Mushrooms indoors and greenhouse Hydroponic veggies as well as indoors...for fun.
My resume is long because my curiosity sometimes gets the best of me but work is not really work if you're get to chose who you work for and work with.
I've been lucky that way.
Having read a lot before I ever began trying to distill anything means little as I did most everything the easiest way I could to begin.
After years of doing everything the hard way I thought I'd make a change.
It's been fun but now it's time to get a bit more serious.
I'd like to use ingredients that are available to me in this area if possible.
From eastern Canada so that may involve some different ideas.
I'll get into that in my posts after I spend a couple days reading.
I love to learn but also enjoy sharing my experiences.
