HI,
I have been interested for a while but just started chasing the craft after a lucky find of a grainfather on craigslist. I have realistic expectations about whether or not I can make something tasty or if I would rather just buy what I like.
I am excited to go down the rum wormhole as I just started drinking the fruity stuff from Jamaica. Anyone else who can't stop drinking Dr. Bird?
I have several stripping runs in on my pot still head and am looking forward to later generations of my UJSSM. I am getting a reflux attachment round out the unit and hope I can at least make some vodka for bloody mary's.
Thanks to all those who came before and are willing to share all this knowledge.
