Greetings

Post by HillbillyBob »

Hello from the California. I am retired now but my grandfather made wine which he distilled some. Now that I have some time on my hands I am very interested in the process. I enjoy fishing, recreational gold prospecting, camping, gardening, cast iron and sour dough baking. I have many questions concerning yeast, grain conversion.

Welcome from another (So) Californian. Love making sourdough bread and pizza.

Here's a great source for info on converting grains.

Enjoy your time here. Safety first.
